Andrea Rickord, Practice Manager

Andrea has been with Springfield Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine Institute since 2006. She has been a member of the management team for 6 years and was recently promoted to Practice Manager. Her work history includes 20 years in the medical billing industry. In that time, she has filled roles including customer account specialist, financial counselor, billing specialist and now billing manager. She applies her vast knowledge of medical billing to solve difficult problems and provide efficient solutions. Her impeccable customer service skills help her to provide the best overall experience for everyone she interacts with on a daily basis. Andrea has proved herself to be an excellent addition to our management team.

Outside of the office she spends time with her husband, Scott and 2 children Ryan and Rebecca. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with friends.
